Changes:
- Max's face & hair finally finished I think
- AK and sniper rifle use different ammo again
- Added a stock to the MP5K, as per a request on the forums
- Gave Mona a bit more distance to her various cartwheels and flips
- Removed ~2 dB of bass from the Desert Eagle and minigun firing sounds
- Slight changes to the hud icons for the Micro Uzis, the pump shotgun and the MP5Ks.
- Increased damage and spread on Micro Uzis
- Slightly upped ROF of dual MP5Ks
- Lowered player HP from 250 to 175
- Lowered all enemy HP by 20
- Redid Max's jacket skin, ugly jacket glitch almost completely gone now
- Played with Max's standing animation
- Additional sounds for when enemies scream in pain after being shot
- New BT track: Type O Negative - I Don't Wanna Be Me
- Added new weapon slot, slot 7, moved minigun to new weapon slot. YOU MUST GO INTO THE COMBAT PORTION OF THE CONTROL SETUP MENUS AND DEFINE A KEY FOR SLOT 7 TO USE THE MINIGUN.
- Pistol whip melee attack replaced with brass knuckles
- Bullet time regeneration mechanics reworked. Base bullet time is 60 seconds, regenerating from empty to full in 35 seconds. Each kill you get in bullet time will give you either 6 or 9 seconds of bullet time, depending on enemy difficulty.
- New muzzle flashes from the Payned Action mod |

This was the first MP2 mod I ever played and I recently fired it up to wax some nostalgia. I realised this is by far the most smooth and balanced mod ever. It it doesn't change too much but that serves to make you still feel your playing MP2. What it does change though makes you realise just how skilled the people/person behind this master-piece are. Makes me one happy clown...  |

Love the guns that were made. the mod rules! Next time though make sure u fix the command when max is unarmed. then it looks like max is holding an invisible gun. Any way the mod is still perfect. |

Well, quite simply the best mod i have EVER played. I dont know whether it is the super cool 5 songs you hear in BT, or the new dual mp5s, or all the other brilliant features which it has, but it is worth the 5 star rating. |

i found the the title menu theme song its called the boondock saints soundtrack xology mix... so it isn't untitled :-P wow i am a geek. Anyways FREAKIN AWSOME MOD the music can realy add to the experince by immersing you in it more. Plus its just fun to to blow people away with the mini gun to the music too. |

One of the best mods ever! Teh bullet time music is awsome!  Whoever doesnt like the BT music is lame. It has some of the best blood for a mod in MP2, i love teh skins, teh way BT works is awsome, the way the health is is perfect,and i could go on and on!  THIS IS A MUST DOWNLOAD FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR MP2 MODS!!! |

The best MP2 mod I`ve played(until now;better ones are surely en route).The only things I don`t like about it is the menu music and the Celtic melody in BT-it really doesn`t fit.But,there`s "The Beast" Colt Anaconda-a most fabulous killing-machine.Besides it was a great idea to lower characters hit points-he game is more challenging.Btw.the skins are nice.A must-download! |

Easily one of the best mods for any game that I have ever played. I just have one complaint. "I don't wanna be me" by type o just did not fit with the rest of the music suite that you had chosen. Albeit it was a nice attempt to get out of the cliche techno feel you might have had from it. But its cool to keep with the same feel of music. That is my only complaint and it really doesn't ruin the mod at all. My suggestion would to try and use something like BT's "Firewater" its an excellent song that has just enough points that could be used during bullet time

Incredible!! The first Max Payne 2 mod that (almost) lives up to the class of the best MP 1 mods...
Incredibly playable and extremely flowing it is definetely one of the best mods around. The new weapons work perfectly and stylishly.
The skins are ok.
The only downside is the lowered health... not very good if you aren't "experienced" shall we say.

A lot of fun
Well worth the download even if it did take me 2 hours 
My only complaint is the music in bullet time gets kinda annoying after a while but I guess thats down the personal taste
