Description Changes in Pipboy 2.0:

-BT effects tweaked further
-Minor adjustments in shootdodges.
-Finally managed to add multiple different death cameras, so now game provides little more variety.
-Added two music tracks, removed one.
-Between every two tracks there are now "silent" track for peaople that don`t share my music taste.
-Grenade made more low-end machine friendly (tested it on three weaker PC-s ... results far better than in Pipboy-approved)
-Grenade made also little more dangerous.
-Messed around with menu screens.
-Stabilised BT in and out blend, so speeding up deffect should be gone now.
-Sniper rifles sound altered a bit.

Now I let myself go with a lazy flow and stay waiting for the bones.

-.50 cal weapons pack more punch (and by more I mean MORE ... because hollow pointed munition deforms
-greately in impact to bodie/anything delivering greater ipulse to inert object).
-Minigun`s "punch system" changed, to please some consumers.
-Colt Anaconda`s, Sniper rifle`s, Dragunov`s, Striker`s camera effects altered, added, changed.
-BT effects reworked (no speedy Gonzales d/effects anymore - I hope)
-Some weapons give ricoshets (on realistic scales - so be not afraid, bullets will not hit straight back from the wall)
it is quite funny effect (at first).
-Blood reworked a bit (made it lighter). On what I compared the TRUE colour of blood ... well that annoying old lady ... um ... oops, nothing.
-BT death camera. Nothing changed - but it IS abortable for Your pleasure.
-Music ... from my generation.
-Some strings in estonian (language) changed back to english.

This is it. Pipboy-approved mod will not be updated anymore as it was met to be a prologue to frag grenade and some effects.

Explosions:

-Added BT effect to minigun ... pure killing pleasure ... oops, did I say that.

-Weapon sounds changed:     *I just LOVE Desert Eagles "glink" in BT now
               *AK-47 shot has more muscle
               *beretta it`s original "hollow" subsound

-Tweaked ammo capasities and pickup quantities.

Bullet Time:

-That will be the part, I messed around the most. It took a gallon of coffe and 5 painkillers to make it work as it is now.

Blood:

-Remade blood basic texture by lightening it a bit (alpha-blend adopted from Rezzie).
-Altered blood projectile a little.

Max & Mona:

-Nothing more to say but - all the glory to Cinema 1.5 (why I chose theese textures ... well - Max looks like Mini-Me now )

Enemies:

-Made enemies weaker (alot) to bring some reality into the game. For exsample, if You get shot into stomach from AK-47 or from
whatever else firearm ... You`ll make blood stains, loud noise and movement to horziontal condition.
-Made some material modifications that make ragdolls twich sometimes ... like agony or so (no my name is not Hannibal Lector)
-Death scenes MUTCH better now (subjective opinion again - sorry ... but I love to shoot running enemies and wach them make their
last two steps before the light begins to show in the end of their tunnel)
-Also made Max weaker. That is nice to actually be forced to find cover ... well now You HAVE TO. No heroics ... it`s a war.

Description This mod is for all the pistol fans (like me). To fully enjoy it (to have all the pistols),
in the console type "pistols". To have everything (all weapons), without being inmortal,
type "all".

- New guns: Silenced HK USP .45, FN Five-seveN, Sig Sauer P228, Walther P99.
- Guns replaced: Sawed Shotgun for the Colt Anaconda, Ingram for the Glock 18.
- New model for the Desert Eeagle.
- New sound for the Beretta.
- Shooting frequency tweaked so that they have a more semi-automatic feeling.
- Some enemies have the new weapons.
- Autohealing added, at a very slow rate.

My main work was for the pistols, so the other weapons and stuff remained untouched from the Deep Blue 3 mod.

All pistols are somewhat balanced according to their magazine capacity, Im not a handgun expert, suggestions are always welcome.

Description This is my first mod. I was looking for a way to get the people more airborne on bullethits.
And so i came to my new weapon HAMMER. It took me long time to figure out how to add an existing weapon
with another name and shooting behaviour. Its not perfectly done. I still get no decals from my shots.
Maybe someone could point me to Mistake. I`m sure that not all files I changed are needed, so when anyone knows to
make it smaller feel free to change.

Why I made this:
I hated the early mods which came out with just way to high damage. Fine the flying enemy was funny to see
but the anoying bending an stretching of the hit body was awful. I wanted a more "balanced" powershot.
So my first try was to make the steyr sniper shoot much stronger, but I never get the effect I dreamed of, so i switched
to a weapon which has a mutliple bullet shot and tweaked it a bit and voilá the HAMMER was borne.
The impact explosions for the handgrenades are no big deal but quite fun!

Credits:
Most of my thanx go to FYRWURXX, I took his mod as base for mine. His weaponadding tutorial is gold worth.
It really helped me a lot, specially on the tricky hud images editing.
Thanx also goes to all forum members of 3dr which helped me on my anoying questions ;-)

Plaza Raid is my first mod released for Max Payne 2 : The Fall of
Max Payne. Basically, the whole idea of this mod is about you being
a police team member to strike a plaza full of armed bad guys
(cleaners). Your primary objective is to kill Kaufman (cleaner

- Bullet time regeneration mechanics reworked. Base bullet time is 60 seconds, regenerating from empty to full in 35 seconds. Each kill you get in bullet time will give you either 6 or 9 seconds of bullet time, depending on enemy difficulty.
- New muzzle flashes from the Payned Action mod

Description This mod is based the animated series Hellsing, changes are great. Max has anice red hat and coat and some thick gold glasses. His primary weapon is very, very long gun (reminds me of the Joker's gun in Batman ).

- Altered the kick trajectory to make objects fly further and higher

- Tweaked the reload animations for most akimbo weapons
- Punch damage animations tweaked for a more explosive bloodspray
- New particle emitter creates streams of blood instead of a puff when punching someone
- Grenade death animations tweaked for a more attractive death
- Grenades can now kill people if they hit them directly, they bounce off then explode.
- Kick now works when holding 2 handed weapons (shotguns, rifles)
- Fixed grenades duplicating themselves after touching the ground.
- Fixed strange grenade animations
- Gun-Kata uses ingram ammo.
- To get gun-kata you must first pick up the dual ingrams, then it becomes an option.
- Added punch as a primary weapon
- New Hud images for new weapons and attacks.
- Fixed some of the new melee weapon animations. Max doesn't look retarded quite as often as he used to when he kicks.
- Added new Bullet time cameras:
     Use gun-kata when in deep bullet time to get a view from above!
     Use the Punch attack in deep bullet time to see the look on the guy's face right after you popped him one!
- Added "prime" function to gun-kata: Hold down you secondary attack button to ready up your dual ingrams then

- Tweaked kick damage to reduce the chance of setting off gas canisters when kicked (still working on improving it)
- Removed player control while max performs melee attacks (this was done to remove animation glitches)
- Bullet time music: Prodigy - Smack my [Censored] up.
- Fixed bug where grenades would sometimes leave bloodstains after exploding.
- Fixed bug where kick would sometimes do no damage.
- Fixed bug where a grenade would be seen while punching.

Changes from Cinema 1.3.1:

- Minigun spins. The animation is quite jerky during incredibly slow motion, but it does spin and isn't noticibly bad from the typical perspective of the game.
- Shootdodge rewritten
- Bullet time values changed, 100% effiency is gained after two kills, to prevent cinematic angles from getting horribly repetitive
- MP5 replaced with MP5K, same goes for dual MP5s.
- Ingrams replaced with Micro Uzis
- All bullets appear during paused games
- Slides on Berettas work to a certain degree
- Sniper rifle damage increased slightly.. (this is the Steyr SSG damage, the rifle only used by the sniper at Max's apartment and by Vinnie's mobster during 'A Mob War')
- Max can now do backflips (replaces backwards roll)
- Animation for drawing a two handed weapon reverted back to original, as it looked strange to cock a shotgun or a minigun.. on the other hand, it looked cool to cock the M4, the MP5, the AK, et cetera..
- Cinematic death camera on enemies activates more often. Activates during BT peak, like most everything else. Camera is skippable, so it doesn't get in the way too much.
- Coat bunching bug with getweapon animation fixed
- Various fixes to the level items of some of the new weapons. Bug where you could pick up a second silenced pistol without having a first one fixed.
- A bit more control over movement while in midair
- Striker projectile modified, more like a flak cannon now
- Max's skin touched up AGAIN
- Desert Eagle re-done again, still two-tone silver/black, actually looks good this time.
- New version of menu art
- Touchups to most/all weapon skins
- Cursor transparency bug in graphic novel mode fixed
- Smoke effect on body armor shots re-added

Changes from Cinema 1.2:

- Minigun reworked. New firing and spindown sound, new model by The Punisher (frank_castle@the-punisher.de). Spindown sound always plays when appropriate. Damage and ROF tweaks as well. Works much like the minigun from Terminator 2.
- M4 Carbine fires in 3 round bursts rather than full auto
- M4/Minigun 5.56x45 ammo capacity increased to 600
- Ingram sound touched up
- Desert Eagle reskinned black
- Minor tweaks to the new blood code
- Bullet time music drumroll reintroduced, only plays on first loop of music
- Normal level music returns after bullet time is turned off
- Various animation tweaks and fixes
- Max cocks weapons when you select them
- Pixel shader bug fixed
- Texture problems on Max fixed, except that the alpha texture for the eyelash won't seem to stick, as in when I export the model, the alpha field isn't exported. Perhaps the kf2 exporter in MS3D needs to be updated?
- Bullet time and shootdodge game speeds tweaked a bit
- Added the two bonus DMW maps
- Various audio bugs fixed
- Minor changes to a few text strings in the game
- Max's left and right rolls made easier to clear obstacles
- Basic texturing done on sunglasses for Max and Mona
- Camera effect added when Max pulls a new weapon out at bullet time peak
- Minor touchups to the Max skin
- Added a new bullet time track, Crystal Method - Name Of The Game. This track and E.S. Posthumus - Pompeii are both used as bullet time tracks. Activate once, get one, activate again, get the other.
- Minor menu mods, font coloring, mouse cursor, et cetera
- Made Ingram shots do 1 more point of damage and fire in a very slightly smaller spread
- New console commands:
     - Shades: adds sunglasses to male character
     - NoShades: removes sunglasses from male character
     - FemShades: adds sunglasses to female character
     - NoFemShades: removes sunglasses from female character
     - Letterbox: sets game to widescreen and disables HUD
     - Fullscreen: returns game to fullscreen
     - SaveInv: saves current inventory
     - RestoreInv: restores saved inventory
     - Ragdoll: sets player ragdolls enabled
          - Rag10: ragdoll w/ force, 10m jump
          - Rag20: ragdoll w/ force, 20m jump
          - Rag30: ragdoll w/ force, 30m jump
     - Ragreset: resets player ragdoll, restores inventory saved with SaveInv
