Return to Berlin Modification
Ever wanted Hitler in a video game? Here's your chance! As far as I'm aware, in no other game have you ever been able to play as the great dictator Adolf Hitler, so you can be one of the first! The mod is still in it's early development phase, and this is a test to see the communities reaction and also my opportunity to plee for any available help. This is not a tribute to the great leader (joke), and I find him to be a funny person in a personal way and not of his evil actions. I have developed this into a humourous mod and that's why I made this mod, not to turn people racist and I don't see how the mod could possibly do that. I value Hitler only for comedic presedence and not of his personal views of which I personally disagree.
If you actually play the mod you should be able to see my attempts to avoid racial bias.
Aside from Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun existing as living beings, this mod is designed to increase realism.
Feature List.
Includes the excellent Kung Fu mod by Froz!
Firstly the obvious, the Adolf texture. (No model yet unfortunately. I don't have 3DS 5 yet, plus my 3D skills are not very good)
Mona has slight adaptations to skin, only just began. (She is now Eva Braun)
A couple new sounds, nothing special.
Bullets susceptible to gravity.
Bullet Speeds increased and are more realistic.
Firing Rate more realistic.
Bullets can Ricochet off walls but only @ less than 3 Degrees and only selected weapons can do this at all (more can cause CTD's).
AI are now more realistic in some ways. Women have larger FOV's, older people have worse hearing. Some of the AI have limited bullets, sadly they just stand still after running out of ammo. (Only easy AI have limited bullets ATM, don't see any other methods of implementation to the more difficult AI..)
Can fall from slightly greater heights before dieing, more realistic in that way.
New cheats added.
- "1337", makes you invulnerable
- "Jump50"
- "noclip"/"noclip_off", old Max Payne 1 cheat that was removed, probably because of bugs it can cause as you should be able to see.
- "AITakeOver", the AI will take over from player controls and control Hitler (Note that this does not work very well). He will only track active and visible enemies.
- "Relinquish Control", player regains control from AI
My first level included, basic and short but rather difficult so it still lasts quite long considering. Doesn't really make sense either  . Not very good level but anyway.
Stupid version mod file included. It makes the whole game rather different, super powerful weapons, super weak weapons, easy AI are extremely slow, Some of the NPC's are powerful, etc. Can be good for a larf .
You may use whatever you want from this mod, so long as credit is given to the return to berlin mod, if you use the Kung Fu mod within this mod, that would be Froz and unrelated to me he did all that stuff.

This is my first mod and all it is about is quick shooting weapons. You can shoot very fast with the deagle and beretta. You can shoot fast with pumpshotgun and you have 3 more bullets with shotgun. With sawed off you can shoot fast too and you have more bullets. And last but not least the sniper can shoot very fast. Gray Fox (^_^)

New Loading screens, Completly reworked bullettime - darker and slower.
And I hope you understand that this is a Modification not TC. So keep that in mind when you will rate this modification.
Now I am working on a new modification. Retexturing levels
to make them more Darker and more Horror like. So May the force serve me well to finish that bullshit. |

A mod which combines alot of brilliant new animations and themes, such as The Matrix, Equilibrium and alot more!
This MOD changed animations mainly.
-Now Max has 10 special moves. Kicks, Wheely Dodge, bend backward(like neo in the Matrix).
-Mona has Trinity's kick. and She can use Gun=Kata.
-and etc...
The way of Special moves
-Only Max can use Special moves.
-Select the "Special" icon in weapon slot6(if you cannot find that, just press [C]).
You can also select this by press[G].
-Then press key [W][S][A][D](8 direction) + Bullet Time key(default key is [SHIFT]).
The way of Gun=Kata moves
-Select pistols.
-Press key [W][S][A][D] + [SPACE]. Only 3 type.
-Press key [C](continue pressing), another Gun=Kata move.
-ShootDodges were changed Gun=Kata.

LHOOQ just got too big for my ATI Radeon 7200, so I decided to release in
three parts.
This is the kind of level I would have tried to have made for MP1 but I
like the MP2 level editor so much better.
As an Intro to LHOOQ it is probably too short for most but does foreshadow
everything still to come in parts 2 & 3 so I am very pleased with it just
the same!

Heres the BETA of my Rambo/Robocop mod featuring kungfu 1.0 by froz to represent RAMBOs kung fu abilitys, ALA Rambo 3's opening stick fight. I plan on adding a ton more later, this is a very early stage of developement
Incomplete maps included are:
OCP headquarters (roughly 65% complete)
OCP presidential offices (roughly 10% complete)
Clarence bodickers hideout (roughly 10% complete)

pacific northwest backwoods(including Teasle skin)
Other features are new weapon firing rates/ clip and pocket sizes, a skin (stallone), bullet time/menu music (rambo 2 theme) and some other goodies.
